(Dorian is on the fourteenth floor of the communal housing and Alyssa on the first, so this does require a bit of a hike, but she makes it the moment she's back from Taako's. This isn't something she's any good at. Apologising, that is. It's a lot easier to place a little gift box outside of Dorian's door, give it a good knock, and then promptly leave again.

(She has time to calm down on the way back up. Dorian doesn't seem too mad about it or anything, and the sentiment seems to have been received. She's a lot more chipper by the time she knocks on his door.)

(She smiles very quickly at him, then pushes past into his room because she wants to scout it out. How do robots live?)

I'm not hiding any robot secrets in here.

[ For the most part, the room is very bare. ]

(Yeah, she can see that. Hasn't he got any photos, anything of interest? She frowns, hands digging into the pockets of her brown jacket.)

I miss Carl a lot, but having an image of him helps me miss him a little less. I thought maybe having an image of your partner would help you, too.

When I was awake, I spent all my time with John. I had to. He was the reason I was alive and continued to exist.
